Kinja'd!!!

I may be trading in my beauty pictured here for the following.

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

60k less miles than my current car. Plus my IS has some small issues (thats what I get for buying it site unseen from an internet dealership).

I love my car, but I would love this other one just the same. Of course it would not look as badass as my current car, but that can all be fixed.

I just need them to give me enough on trade in to make it work. But even if they don’t, I’ll still go home with a great car (my current one).

That car is all kinds of cheap. I remember when those things were going for that kind of dough with 100k.

Thanks, after seeing that I miss my old IS now. 35k miles on one of these is crazy... and I didn't know they made interior that color.

What is a PO mod? And that shift knob is OEM.

The only thing scary about that shift knob is if the sun has been hitting it for a while. I remember in Vegas one time that it was 115 and the valet had the windows down and it burned the shit out of my hand.

Yes, this. I’ve had metal shift knobs on a few cars over the years and they all the same drawback. Freezing cold in winter and baking hot in summer. Also compounded because most of my stick-shifts have also been convertibles. Sure, metal looks cool, but I’d rather have plastic or leather for a daily driver.

When it gets too hot or cold to touch I have a sock (for a newborn baby) in the console. It fits the gear knob perfectly and the gripper areas on the bottom of the sock keep it from sliding around on the gear knob. Sort of.
